Sausage gravy breakfast pizza with brussel sprouts

I added: 
  • Pan-cooked brussel sprouts, 
  • DeLallo pizza dough
  • About a 1/2 teaspoon each of dried sage, dried rosemary, red pepper flakes, and adobo chile  powder to the sausage gravy, plus about an extra cup of milk to make the sauce a bit thinner.
I also cooked it for 17 minutes at 450 degrees.

The DeLallo flour made a big difference. It might be the best, most pizza-y pizza crust I've made yet. Serious Eats was right about the effect of different flours on dough.
