Semi homemade breakfast and dinner
Work waffles (for one)
- 2 Kodiak Buttermilk and vanilla waffles
- 2 tablespoons of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon of wildflower honey
I don't even think this counts as a recipe, but it's been a good way to start my mornings this week.
- 2 pieces of specially selected garlic naan bread
- 1 Little Salad bar fresh peeled garlic clove (diced)
- 6 tablespoons Little Salad Bar salsa
- 6 miniature balls of Priano fresh marinated mozzarella (I also drizzled a teaspoon or two of the marinade on top)
- A few grates of Priano Parmesan cheese (sold in a wedge and shredded fresh over the pizza before placing in the oven)
- 10 pieces of Appleton Farms Original Bite Size Salami
- 2 Fresh (miniature) peppers
Divide each of the ingredients in half and spread onto the naan. Bake in the oven at 450 degrees for 5-7 minutes. EASY and delicious.
