The best chocolate cake
I made this cake for a retirement party at work. People went nuts for it, and I received several requests for the recipe. I used add a pinch's recipe with the following modifications.
- Cashew milk for the milk
- Coconut oil for the oil
- Red Mill's gluten free 1 to 1 baking flour for the flour
In my experience, it's not going to be a show-stopping chocolate cake unless you use some espresso to help the cocoa "bloom."
